Pay with check: Download the paper application form and follow the instructions. If you do not have a printer, download the form for viewing and print answers to the questions on a plain sheet of paper. Include it with your check (made out to MOS) and mail it to the address shown.

Go to the Gift Membership page on the Maryland Ornithological Society website or the Howard County Bird Club membership page on the Maryland Ornithological Society website. Fill in the information required in the blanks with the name and identifying information for the person(s) getting the gift and check the box next to the phrase, “Is this a gift?”
